Create an operating constraints list
Record production shifts, loading times, sensitive stock and machinery access. Include routes for staff and emergency access. The renovation schedule should reflect these constraints before labour and materials arrive.
Agree isolation and separation
Use site-approved barriers and work methods for dust, noise and debris. Coordinate power and utility isolation with authorised site personnel. Workers need a clear boundary between production activity and construction zones.
