These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website siddhsaicorporation.in and the services offered by Siddh Sai Corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a civil construction and renovation company operating in Surat, Gujarat, India.

By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, making a payment, or engaging our services, you ("Client," "User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Services

Siddh Sai Corporation provides civil construction, renovation, and infrastructure services including but not limited to: waterproofing, road construction, home renovation, plumbing, electrical services, crack filling, flooring, painting, false ceiling installation, and solar panel installation. Detailed scope of services is provided at the project estimation stage.

3. The Site Inspection & Consultation Fee (₹500)

Please read this section carefully before making a payment. The Rs.500 fee is non-refundable once your appointment is confirmed. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details.

3.1 Nature of Fee

The ₹500 amount collected through our online booking system constitutes a "Site Inspection and Consultation Fee." This fee is charged in exchange for a dedicated on-site visit by a senior Siddh Sai Corporation civil engineer who conducts a professional structural moisture analysis, root-cause assessment, and provides a customized waterproofing solution blueprint and commercial estimate.

This fee is explicitly not a deposit toward project execution costs. It is a standalone fee for the inspection and consultation service itself.

3.2 Non-Refundable Nature

The Site Inspection and Consultation Fee of ₹500 is strictly non-refundable once the client's appointment has been confirmed and scheduled by our team. Confirmation occurs when our representative contacts the client (via call or WhatsApp message) and agrees upon a specific inspection date and time, or when the client acknowledges a proposed slot.

Refund eligibility exists only in limited circumstances as defined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Clients are advised to read the Refund & Cancellation Policy before payment.

3.3 Adjustment Against Project Invoice

At the Company's sole discretion, where the client commissions waterproofing or other project execution work through Siddh Sai Corporation within 30 (thirty) days of the inspection date, the ₹500 Inspection Fee may be adjusted (credited) against the final project invoice. This adjustment is offered as a goodwill gesture and does not alter the non-refundable nature of the fee itself.

3.4 What the Fee Does Not Include

The ₹500 fee does not include the cost of any waterproofing treatment, material application, repair work, or project execution. All project execution costs are separately estimated and contracted.

4. Geographical Limitations

4.1 Service Area

Siddh Sai Corporation's Site Inspection and project execution services are available exclusively within the Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) limits and select areas within the Surat Metropolitan Region.

4.2 Pre-Payment Verification

Clients are required to verify that their property address falls within the service area before completing the ₹500 payment. Clients may call +91 73593 59310 (Main) to confirm service availability for their specific address before payment.

4.3 No Refund for Location Ineligibility

If a client completes the ₹500 payment without verifying that their property falls within the service area, and the Company subsequently determines that the property is outside the service zone, the fee is non-refundable. It is the client's sole responsibility to confirm geographical eligibility before payment.

The Site Inspection provides a professional assessment and is advisory in nature. Commercial estimates provided after inspection are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. Estimates are based on accessible areas; if additional structural issues are discovered after project commencement that were not visible during inspection, the estimate may be revised with client consent.

8. Project Contracts

All construction and renovation work is governed by a separate Project Contract signed between the Company and the Client. Work commences only after the Project Contract is signed and the agreed advance payment is received. The Project Contract governs the execution phase; these Terms & Conditions apply to the website and pre-contract stage.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on siddhsaicorporation.in, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Siddh Sai Corporation and is protected under applicable Indian copyright law. Reproduction, republication, or commercial use of any content without written permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Siddh Sai Corporation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, or delays in inspection scheduling due to force majeure events. The Company's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the ₹500 Inspection Fee shall not exceed the amount of the fee paid.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Company's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

12. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
