Siddh Sai Corporation was established in 1993 by Mr. Sanjay Shinkar, a civil engineer with an unwavering belief that the construction industry in Surat deserved better: better materials, better methods, and most importantly, better accountability.
In the early years, the company focused primarily on road infrastructure, laying bitumen and RCC roads for housing societies and private clients across Surat. The work was physically demanding, technically precise, and unforgiving of error. It built the discipline that still defines every project we take on today.
As Surat grew into one of India's fastest-developing cities, so did the complexity of what our clients needed. The 2000s brought a surge in residential construction. The 2010s brought demand for premium renovation, waterproofing, and turnkey technical services. Through each decade, Siddh Sai Corporation evolved its equipment, its team, and its capabilities, while never changing the foundational principle that a project is only complete when the client is genuinely satisfied.
